The Department of Psychology contracts with Loffler Companies for printer maintenance, repairs, and toner supplies. The Central Office manages this departmental account. Any device displaying a Loffler service sticker is covered under this contract.
Service & Supply Requests
If a supported printer requires maintenance, repair, or toner, contact Loffler directly:
- Loffler Service & Supplies: (952) 925-6868
- Required Information: Provide the specific Printer ID number found on the Loffler sticker when calling.
- Notes
- Supplies: Ordered supplies are delivered directly to the Central Office (N218 Elliott Hall) and are processed as standard incoming packages. Per standard building protocol, please allow an extra business day after tracking shows delivery for the package to clear U Market Services and arrive in the building.
- Cartridge Recycling: Return all used toner cartridges to the Central Office (N218 Elliott Hall) for proper recycling.
Adding a Device to the Service Contract
To request that a printer be added to the departmental Loffler contract, contact the Central Office ([email protected]) with the following details:
- Make & Model
- Serial Number
- Asset Tag (if applicable)
- Installation / Purchase Year
- Physical Location (Building and Room Number)
- Network Status (Is it networked? If yes, provide the Data Jack #)
- ChartField / Account string to charge for ongoing supplies
