Room Scheduling

Astra Scheduled Rooms

To submit a reservation request for any Department of Psychology-managed room in Elliott Hall, complete this Google Form (internet ID log-in is required). You will receive a confirmation via email when the reservation is made or notification if there is a conflict.

Reoccurring reservations should only be made one semester at a time. If you want to reserve a room for subsequent semesters, you will need to fill out another Department of Psychology Room Reservation Request before the start of the new semester.

Note: Reservations may take up to 2 business days to be processed; plan accordingly.

Non-Astra Scheduled Rooms (Google Resources)

In the course of scheduling a meeting in Google Calendar, you can also reserve departmental rooms that are available as a Google Resource Calendar (i.e., rooms not otherwise scheduled via Astra).  For instructions on how to add such a room to your Google Calendar appointment, review, this PDF and How-To video guide.
