SciENcv is an application that simplifies the creation of biosketches for federal grant applications. By integrating with external platforms like ORCID and PubMed, it helps researchers manage their professional information, including employment history and scientific contributions, in a single location. This ensures that CVs and reports meet the specific formatting requirements of various funding agencies.

Sign into SciENcv with your NSF or NIH credentials.

Delegating Account Management

Delegating account management allows the Departmental Grants team or other individuals to support grant applications and assist with creating biosketches and other support documents. To facilitate this process, follow the steps below to send and accept a delegation request.

Send a Delegation Request:

1. Log in to your National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) account.
2. Click your username in the top right corner.
3. Under "Delegates," click "Add a delegate" and enter email addresses. Include the following departmental delegates:
   1. Anjeanette Roy - [email protected]
   2. Kristen Abernethy - [email protected]
   3. Sarah Jahn - [email protected]

Accept a Delegation Request:

1. Log in to your NCBI account.
2. Open the delegation request email.
3. Click the acceptance link.
4. The managed collection will appear in My Bibliography and SciENcv.
